<p style="outline: none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: 16px; line-height: inherit; font-family: Yekan; color: #909090; background-color: #fcfcfc; text-align: right;">همه آثار ارسالی می بایست با بالاترین کیفیت ضبط شده ارسال گردند. فرمتهای ارسالی می بایست با رزولیشن full hd به صورت ( فایل دیتا ) بر روی DVDهای 9 و 4.7 گیگابایت و یا hdd _ flash memory باشند. ضمناً فیلمهای ارسالی حتماً در قالب سیستم پخش 25 فریم pal ارائه شوند. در غیر اینصورت، پس از راهیابی اثر به بخش مسابقه هر نوع مشکل در نمایش فیلم به عهده فیلمسـاز می باشد.</p>

<p style="outline: none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-variant-numeric: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: 16px; line-height: inherit; font-family: Yekan; color: #909090; background-color: #fcfcfc; text-align: right;">به تقاضاهایی که مدارک آنها به طور ناقص ارسال گردد، ترتیب اثر داده نخواهد شد. نسخه DVD اثر به منظور بهره‌برداری فرهنگی در آرشیو دبیرخانه نگهداری خواهد شد. ثبت اثر در سایت جشنواره و ارسال آن به دبیرخانه به معنای قبول تمامی مقررات جشنـواره می‌باشد. موارد پیش‌بینـی نشده در مقـررات جشنـواره،که در فراخوان منظور نگردیده است، پس از اتخاذ تصمیم نهـایی توسط دبیرخـانه جشنـواره به اطلاع خواهد رسید .</p>

( برای هر اثر یک کد دریافت می شود )</p>
